Each parcel will be offered for sale subject to a reserve bid and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing Certificate of Title.
Sturgeon County may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel not sold at the auction.
Conditions of Sale are as follows:
- A 10% non-refundable down payment by cash, bank draft, or certified payment to be made at the public auction; and
- Full payment to be made within 30 days following the public auction.
Redemption may be affected by payment of all arears or taxes and costs at any time prior to the sale.
